They continued to work on my car until they got it rite
They lkept working on my car to get it rite and they went back and forth with my extended warrranty company trying to get them to do the rite thing

Really good people to work with, kind and thoughtful.
Could not have been a better experience purchasing my 2012 and then 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. Service schedules are kept and staff keeps me informed of progress. The maintenance department people (especially Alex and Neal) are always courteous and have very pleasant attitudes. They always keep me informed if its going to take a little longer than anticipated and explain the reason. I used to dread taking my car for servicing but their attitude and eagerness to serve make it a pleasant experience. Thank you for hiring such

Quick service
I had a part come in for my trunk and they were able to fit me in the day the part came in. My car was fixed within an hour and they were calling me to come back and pick it up. Great service.

Stunned at how little they care about customers
Hyundai and pecheles both acknowledge that my car has a mechanical issue and refuses to fix it. the manager and technicians all agree that there is a issue in the engine, yet my car is considered, “operating normally”. Even when the car was under factory warranty, they refused to fix my car. Under my extended warranty, they refused to fix my car. I suppose they can rest comfortably knowing that I have a car that is not fixed, that will one day break down for certain ...and I’m still making payments. Awesome .
