I have never had a bad visit when I bring my car here no matter what the reason. Everyone is always very nice, knowledgeable, and professional and I never feel as if I am being taken advantage of. They are always quick to help when I ask, and this includes putting my new license plate on for me, putting on my new windshield wipers when I was having difficulty doing it myself, and getting rid of an old tire for me that I had stored in my basement. It’s the extra little things they do that make their customer service stand out, and having worked in customer service myself for almost 50 years, I greatly appreciate it because that is something you rarely find anymore.
