Spencer said this business burned a hole in his coolant reservoir while servicing his vehicle and instead of telling him, they put it on the bottom and did not fix it or tell him about it. There was a previous visit where it took three times for them to fix his brakes correctly. He said he will not recommend them to others because of the reasons listed.
