I had gone to Belle Tire to get the tires I purchased there rotated and balanced. While I was waiting they told me I had $500 dollars in repairs that had to be done. I called Bob from Jourden's and he said to bring it in and they would be happy to check, but he was certain I did not need the tie rods Belle Tire said I did. I brought my truck to Jourden's after leaving Belle Tire. Bob confirmed I did not need the tie rods. Did I mention this is the second time this has happened. I love the guys at Jourden's, I can always trust what they say and do. In today's world that is a wonderful thing.
