When you yourself becomes a victim of a car theft and yet then get victimize by the tow recovery company, its just not right. This company's owner yelled throwing a fit when an honest hard working citizen came to pick up her car after they recovered from being stolen and charged a "Stupid " large amount of money to the victims of a car theft. They should be ashamed to think of themselves as honest community people. I'm aware you may need to make a living supporting your family and such, but as the same bad things happen to good people and not by there choice. Have you ever heard or paying it forward?
