Kathleen said she is peeved with this business. She is upset with the fact she was renting a vehicle while hers was being repaired. Although the staff was nice and the repairs were good, she is not happy with the lack of communication throughout the repair process. She was not informed of the cost of parts and labor prior to the repair nor was the cost of her daily rental vehicle taken into consideration. Her vehicle was at this facility longer than she had expected and the final bill was far more than anticipated. She does not have a high level of trust with this facility.

Unfortunately sometimes there are repairs that can not be anticipated until the technician has torn apart part of the car and gone through the process of diagnosis. We did communicate with you as much as we could throughout the process. It did take longer than we thought it would at first, but that's because we found more problems once the technician was in the engine. We wanted to make sure that all of the issues were addressed and that you would get your vehicle back in good working order. We fixed it the correct way, and made sure that all of the issues were addressed and fixed properly.
