The service department
I did not have an appointment for my van when I stopped at KarMart. My van had started cutting out and running very poorly on my way in to town. The service engine dashboard light flickered and came on. As a military senior widow I was very concerned about what was going on with my sole transportation. Eric Gibson the service person made room on the schedule to get it checked out. I used the shuttle to continue to my destination while the van was being checked over. A spark plug wire was not staying on the plug thereby causing my van's running issues. I was happy to be able to pick up my van that afternoon.
