Aaron said he dropped the vehicle off at the business and put his keys in an envelope with instructions of what he wanted done. He didn't even call Greg, the owner, to let him know it was there. They performed the needed service and called him the next day to pick it up.

Linda, We are sorry that to feel that way. We at K.A.R.S have to protect ourselves and our customers safety. The hose you are referring to would not have helped the leaking or broken radiator or the rusted and broken frame. Sorry for any inconvenience.

"Honest, reliable service."
I feel so comfortable knowing that I have found a full service automotive shop where I can trust the people running it. I highly recommend K.A.R.S. to anyone needing work done on their vehicles. They are honest & dependable. Their prices are fair. The pick up & delivery service is very helpful.
