"They took the time to figure out a difficult problem. "
I am grateful they took great interest in tracking down the problem with the brakes because we had no warning lights on the dash board to indicate that our anti lock brake system was failing and this put my family of 6 in great danger. They systematically tracked down all possible problems and worked hard on getting me the best price for parts. Thanks for taking care of us I know it was not easy.

"Great Service"
I brought my 2005 Altima to Keller's for a noise in the front end. I thought it was a bad strut. John called to say it was not the strut, but possibly the bearing plate. Being this would not cause a safety issue we decided to not put the money into fixing this at this time. However Johns team in there diagnostic observation said I needed rear brakes (they were on the verge of failure). I had this problem fixed and had the tires rotated (will need new tires very soon). John and his staff were very professional and the customer service was beyond reproach.
