Spoke with Rochelle. She said her overall experience was awesome and the business is a preferred provider for her insurance company. Craig and everyone there did a great job. He went above and beyond and assured her everything would be okay. Also, he made a couple of phone calls to her insurance to make sure everything was handled because this was a hit and run claim. She can't tell the difference between the manufacturer's paint job. The business was nice and she's glad they installed air conditioning.
