"Terrible Customer Service"
I called on my car on the 16th of May and they said it would ready to go by May 31st, so I showed up on the 31st to pick up my car and they told me that the car was totaled and too expensive to fix. You think they could've at least called and told me that my car was totaled, so I talked to one of their employees at the shop and asked why they didn't call me to let me know about my car and they said, that wasn't their job to call and tell me, they said it was the insurance's job to call and tell me about my car.
