I had a great experience with Key Hyundai in Jacksonville.
I had a great experience with Key Hyundai in Jacksonville. I am new to Florida and was worried about going someplace new. I had received a recall notice along with the regular 60,000 maintenance work that was due to be completed. Fortunately Kirk helped me through the process and kept me up to date on what was happening every step of the way. Parts had to be ordered so I was without my vehicle for three weeks but was able to get a free rental car. I have no trouble with my car. Thank you to all involved in getting my “baby” repaired and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
