I also appreciate that you are given an estimated time of how long everything should take. If there is any issues that come up during their work, they always being it to your attention to see if it is something you want them to go ahead and fix or save for another time.
I have never had any problems with anybody the quality of work that is done and if there is other problems that arise after I have left the dealership, they are always glad to fix it.
