Spoke with Leslie. Leslie said they were not able to make the necessary arrangements to pick up their vehicle on Friday. The business made arrangements to have their vehicle ready by Thursday. As a result, they were waiting for a check, and their repair service was completed 1 day earlier than promised. Their vehicle was not returned in a pristine condition. Leslie stated they have had several repair services with the business, and she will not bring her vehicle to any other repair center.

Spoke with Walter. The vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It was delayed 2 days because Ford shipped the wrong part. It wasn't the business' fault. They even called the day before to let her know the part wasn't in. They cleaned her vehicle inside and out. It shined so nicely. She's been there 2 times before. Both times she hit a deer. They did such a great job both times this is why she came back. She has already recommended them to several people.

Spoke with Thomas. He said his vehicle was ready one or two days later than promised because there was a parts delay. He also said he would only recommend this business to people that do not have Erie Insurance because this insurance company does not work well with this business. He did mention that they do great work and he liked the work they did for him in the past.

Donna said she couldn't say if she's satisfied with the way she was greeted because her vehicle was bought in to this business from someone else. It took over the weekend longer to get her vehicle back and even though it's not a big deal to her, she doesn't know the reason for the delay. Overall, she's satisfied.

Jamie said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. He isn't sure if there are bumps on the hood or in the paint. When he looks at where the repair was done there are at least thirty bumps on his hood. He said he wishes he hadn't just let the issue go.

Spoke with Kyra. She said her vehicle was ready when promised, but it was behind a locked gate when she went to pick it up so she had to wait until after the weekend to get her vehicle. She said she was not completely satisfied with the communication because she was not able to get her vehicle when it was ready.

We clearly dropped the ball on this one. Joe has offered to deliver her currently repaired car back at no charge to make up for the wasted time incurred by our customer .
