Jennifer stated that the vehicle was 4 or 5 days late and they didn't give her a reason for the delay. She mentioned that the vehicle wasn't returned in a clean condition, the inside of the vehicle was just filled with dust. She wasn't satisfied with the way the insurance handled her claim because the business broke her back seat and the clothes hanger hook and she hasn't heard back from them. She wouldn't recommend the business to others because of the above reasons.
