Spoke with Carlos. Carlos said he had to take the vehicle back in because they missed some work on the fender, bumper and used wrong aftermarket parts. He said there were problems with the fit of aftermarket parts. After this visit the body work and paint work were completely satisfactory. The vehicle was four days late because it had to be returned for proper repair of an aftermarket part. The vehicle was not detailed or cleaned. In the past, on a previous visit an employee was rude and used poor language. The personnel need to be told to get the work right before releasing the vehicle to the owners. He did not elaborate on his dissatisfaction with the appearance of the business but did say he is not happy with the business in general. He would not recommend them because of poor experiences in the past as well as this one.
