Carin said the business was friendly. They were personable and they followed up with her well. The vehicle was ready four days late because there was a run in the paint work that needed to be fixed. The delay did not bother her because she had a rental vehicle. The vehicle was cleaned well, but there were a couple of dirty rags left in the vehicle and Carin threw them out when she found them.
