Stuart said the staff was very polite and friendly. They said it would take four days to finish the vehicle. The vehicle was not ready on time because they forgot to order the parts to repair the exhaust. He did not elaborate as to the length of the delay. Since they did not order the parts the vehicle could not be sent to the business that was scheduled to perform the exhaust work. This delayed the vehicle a week. They kept him informed during the repair process. However, the follow-up was not as timely as promised.
