Anne said when her vehicle was originally serviced they told her it would be ready the following Friday, but it wasn't ready until the next Tuesday. When she went to pick up her vehicle on that particular Tuesday morning they told her it still wasn't finished. She came back in the evening to pick up her vehicle and when she got it, there were still scratches in the paint and the flare they were supposed to replace was no different. They told her the part would arrive in three days, and because she didn't want to use the rental for that long, she opted for taking her own vehicle back until the part arrived. She waited three days for them to call her about the part and for her to bring her vehicle back in, but there was no call. She has called, but it has been two weeks and still no one has gotten in touch with her. Some of the employees were courteous and others were not. The office people acted helpful but didn't follow through, and the front desk lady was rude. For these reasons, she won't recommend them.
