Lauren said there is still a stain on her seat that the manager at the business told her that he would take care of but she has not heard from him. The business kept her vehicle 1 extra day and over a holiday and it was frustrating. Her vehicle was ready 2 days late because of a holiday and because the business wanted to get another vehicle done first from the impression she got from them. Her vehicle has a white spot on the seat and the outside of it was still dirty when she got it back. Her insurance company has still not given back her down payment. She will not recommend this business to others until they take care of the stain on her seat.
