Jameelee said the repair service was a complicated process, and they had a hard time taking care of her vehicle right away. The repair service was estimated to be completed within three days. However it took almost a week to complete. The reason for the delay was due to finding more things wrong. However it wasn't really clear whether or not it was additional damages or replacement parts. Jameelee stated she felt everyone was trying their hardest to provide a good service.
