Tipton said the mirror is wrong and it vibrates. She said the memory on the seats doesn't work anymore. Her vehicle wasn't ready on time and she had to contact them for information. She has to go back to get the issues taken care of. She said they told her the vehicle would be ready on Friday or the following Monday, but the vehicle was not returned until Tuesday afternoon. She said she had called them to see if the vehicle was ready and they had not done any work. They hadn't checked on the part or followed up until she called. She said they didn't do a very good job of cleaning her vehicle. She had a new windshield and the inside of the windshield wasn't clean. There were white marks on the outside of her vehicle. She probably wouldn't recommend this business based on this experience.
