Raja said he isn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the bumper doesn't fit. The vehicle wasn't repaired to his satisfaction on the first visit because the business used an aftermarket part on his vehicle. He wasn't satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because when he shared his concerns, the personnel wanted him to go away. He wasn't completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled the claim because original Honda parts weren't approved for the vehicle, and the aftermarket bumper didn't fit. He wouldn't recommend the business to others because of this repair experience.
