Janice said her overall experience at this business was good. Her vehicle was ready a day later than promised because the business wanted to make sure the quality of the work was perfect. She said Tom, the man who was helping her was very respectful and responsive, and overall he was really good. He was very up front with her about whether or not her vehicle would be ready on time and he communicated well.
