Jinyuan said there was a pretty large noise, so he had to go back. He said they had it on a test drive, but they forgot it and that took a few days and wasted his time. The repair was good, but it took 40 days. He wasn't satisfied with the body work because the vehicle is making small noises, but he doesn't want to return. He chose not to elaborate. He said Geico told him the work would take 2 weeks, but it was postponed because of parts delays. He said it seemed like they ordered parts one by one. He said sometimes he would call to find out when it would be ready, but the receptionist couldn't tell him and they would transfer him over, but nobody would pick up. His calls would go to voicemail and he'd leave messages, but nobody called him back. He would recommend this buisness overall, but the repair time was too slow.
