Suraj said this business wasn't proactive and he had to keep calling about the status, but he had no issues with the vehicle. That was great. He didn't know the reason it was about a day late. He wasn't really satisfied with the way the insurance company handled his claim because Geico deemed it to be his fault. The lady that hit him even confessed it was her fault. She was also driving without insurance, but he had to pay for it.
