Timothy said he had to point out mistakes in the clear coat and paint work that they had to redo. He said he is satisfied with the quality of the work for the most part. There were some areas of the paint work and clear coat that they had missed at first. He said he considers the vehicle to be late because there had to be two visits. He was not pleased with the insurance company because there were communication issues that made it confusing to work with this business. He will not recommend this business because he had a previous auto body repair in the past and it took three visits for them to properly complete the work. He was not happy that he had to return for a second visit for this repair.
