Hiroto said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because the front grill and bumper were not installed correctly. The paint on the doors was chipped and the vehicle was pulling to the left. He said he had to take the vehicle back on three separate occasions to correct the issues. He asked why his vehicle was pulling to the left and he was told the person who repaired his vehicle went home for the night and that he should bring it in the next day. He said he was scared to drive his vehicle like that. The vehicle was not repaired to his satisfaction on the first visit and it was not ready on time for the above reasons. The vehicle was not clean when they returned it because the windshield was murky and dirty. He took the vehicle to another business to have an alignment done and he was told that there was a part that was never repaired.

We are very grateful that our customer took the time to provide us with this valuable feedback.  As a result, we have been able to improve our process and provide still greater quality of repairs and customer service. 
Usually, that fact that you are having your car repaired means that you were in an accident which is a very upsetting experience.  Getting back into your car following this and the subsequent repair needs to be a relief, so finding detail issues would naturally give pause as to the rest of the repair.  We were glad to be able to show our customer that all was well with drivability and mechanical systems.
