Michael said he had to bring the vehicle back because a plug had not been mounted. He was not told the business did not accept American Express cards for payment when he dropped the vehicle off and he only found out when he arrived to pick his vehicle up. There is a pinhole on the front of the vehicle where a paint bubble broke and left a mark. When he brought the vehicle back everyone was very apologetic.
