Vivian said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. It wasn't their fault. They had to put on a new bumper. There's plastic on the top of the bumper. They had to call someone to come and take the plastic off. It's something they don't do. Her vehicle was 2 hours late which was close to closing time. It all worked out and was fine. They did a good job.
