Anoop said he requested a touch-up service on his driver's side window. The representative didn't even bother to look it up, however he did help him out by advising him how to get the touch-up service completed. Anoop has brought his vehicle to the business about 3-4 times, and as a result of the touch-up request, he was bummed. His repair service was 1 day late, due to parts and shipping issues. They did wash his vehicle, but they didn't complete the wash cleaning service right. Anoop gives them a lot of business, and as a result of the small issues, it was a bummer. One way the business could serve him better is to pay attention to the small things. He was absolutely satisfied with the staff. He would recommend the business for repair services, however he would also caution them about the small things. Otherwise, the representatives performed a great job.
