Roseanne said she dropped off her vehicle and asked for a quote before the repair started and was told she would get a call and never did. They went ahead and did the repair without consulting her and for this reason, was not satisfied with the communication. She is not recommending them because of her experience and because of the high cost of the repair. They are in fact $400 higher than what the Lexus business would have cost.
