Spoke with Denise. She said the business was great. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the new hitch does not work with the cover. As a result the towing hitch is left exposed. This takes away for the look of her luxury vehicle. There is a big hole where the wiring was. They did not perform any paint work. The vehicle was not repaired to her satisfaction during the first visit because of what has already been shared. The vehicle was a week late because they initially received the wrong hitch. The mechanics left dirty hand prints inside the vehicle. When the accident was reported the insurance company contact the business right away.
