Michael said the passenger side fender does not match the driver side. He plans to bring the vehicle back in the second time to have the issue resolved. It took 2 weeks longer than promised due to an insurance company delay. The vehicle had dust everywhere, including the inside of the glove box. He was not kept informed and had to call the business himself. He was not satisfied with the insurance company because they dragged the repair process.

We are very grateful for the feedback we recieved regarding this repair.  We understand that sometimes our customers are not in the habit of inspecting their vehicles from side to side unless they have been involved in an accident. While a 1/16th of an inch difference in gap side to side is well within manufacturer specifications, it is not right in our customers mind and that is all that matters to Kirmac.  What ever we can do to get it perfect for him is what we will do!  Thank you very much for your business Michael.

Kelly said they took too long to set her appointment and they took too long to do the repairs. There was no promised time given for when her vehicle would be ready. They did not keep her informed at the beginning, but once there was a confusion with the repair work, they kept calling her. She would not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above.

Franklin said they did not follow through with everything. He chose not to evaluate the paint work. The vehicle was delayed from Friday until Tuesday. He was not given a reason for the delay. The vehicle did not require any structural repairs. The bumper and grill needed replacing. He did not receive updates during the repair process.

Terry said the visit was good. He plans to call them tomorrow because of the quality. He is not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because the steering makes a noise when he turns sharply and it has a smaller radius. A headlight needs adjustment. Also, some fender damage still shows in the finish. His vehicle was a day or two late because they were waiting for parts.

Lori said she's returning on Tuesday because the gap on the hood is different on one side from the other side, there's a gap underneath the grill, the grill is loose, and the casing around a headlight is loose. The people were really nice and pleasant, helpful, and very prompt. It's kind of a hassle to have to go back but that's her only compliant, and she knows they'll fix it. The paint work looks great, and the facility is really clean. Lori stated she chose this business because Thoroughbred in West Seattle couldn't handle it so they called this business and this business called her. The people at Kirmac Colllision Services were professional, they followed up, and they were easy to work with. The manager was great, too. Lori is happy and she just has to return for a fine tune.
