Went in to repair the rear bumper but they also noticed other scratches and offered (by Jason) to give me an estimate for them. He never called. Kirmac didn't repair the bumper correctly and their excuses were the insurance company doesn't allow to use the factory part... Had to leave the car over the weekend to fix it and assured by the manager that Kirmac will pay for the additional car rental. After a few days of returning the rental car, Enterprise doesn't release the security deposit because Kirmac wouldn't pay for the additional car rental because they are waiting for the insurance company to pay for the rental... I waited almost two weeks to get the security deposit. When I called Kirmac for clarification, they never returned by call. They just don't deliver what they promise and they don't call back when I left messages.
