Spoke with Julia. She said there were a couple of issues between her and the facility. They did not fix her air conditioner or the passenger's door. There was a problem with the electrical wiring that controlled the door locks and windows. She said she received text messages from their headquarters to let her know that her vehicle was ready. When she called their mechanics they had no knowledge of the text messages and they told her the vehicle was not ready. The text messages were automated and they contained false information. She said her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Thursday, but it was not because the mechanics had to order some parts. She waited an extra week for her vehicle. They should send her the correct information about her vehicle.
