Cheng said the customer service is good and the repairs turned out nicely, but he wishes that the person who gave him the time estimate had been more accurate. He was told over the phone that the work would take 2 days. When he brought the vehicle in for repairs they told him the work would take 5 days. The vehicle was ready in 3 days and he was forced to pick the vehicle up on Friday so he could return the rental vehicle without being charged extra.
