Kathleen said her vehicle kept getting delayed because they were waiting for parts. She said the delay lasted 24 hours. The woman at the front desk was rude. The front desk woman was busy on the phone making personal calls. She said she never called to say her vehicle was ready. She said she asked them to bring her vehicle around so she could retrieve her personal belongings, but they never brought the vehicle around and the woman left for the day.
