Pat said his vehicle was returned to him with several issues. The handle in the trunk was not installed and the trunk squeaked when it was opened. The insignia was not thoroughly attached and the paint had bubbles and flaws. They had informed the insurance company the vehicle would be ready 1 day earlier than it was so they were not prepared to pay for the extra day of car rental. He had to go through his own insurance company to get the final rental day paid for. Brian was a great guy and was very helpful. They corrected all of the problems to his satisfaction on the second visit. He said he was used to this business being Precision but 2 geniuses purchased it and this business does not have the quality he was used to from Precision. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
