Spoke with Regina. She said she was not really satisfied overall because the vehicle was not ready on Friday as expected. She told them she would come back on Monday. On Monday, it was not ready when she got there. She had to wait a whole extra hour. Afterwards, a dashboard light indicated something wasn't fixed right. She took the vehicle back and they fixed it. She stated she does not know what part they had to take care of. During the last collision repair at this business the personnel also missed something, so she does not plan to be back. She chose not to elaborate what they missed. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy of the personnel in the back of the business because it seemed like they were putting other customers in front of her. There is no other reason her vehicle could not have been fixed on time. The personnel in the front area were courteous. She would not recommend them because they ran late and missed a part.
