Spoke with Stephanie. She said they were not in touch with her much in the beginning so she did not know much. She did not even know her vehicle had arrived at this business because they did not communicate well with her. Her vehicle took a week longer than she expected due to additional damage found, but they offered to pay for her rental for the additional week, which she said she thought was nice.
