Steve said the representatives were not very responsive. The visit took longer than expected. He had to initiate a lot of contact to be kept updated. The vehicle was a week late because they were waiting for the other party's insurance company. He wasn't completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel for the above reasons. He would not recommend the business based on this visit.
