Pam said this business got her in as quickly as they could. The work was done in two days, just like they said it would. They worked with her to reduce the cost by asking if she would take an aftermarket bumper, which she did. They told her a new sideview mirror would cost $350, but she asked if she could buy one and bring it in because she could get it through her son-in-law who works for Toyota. The gentleman she dealt with said she could and that doing it would probably save her $200. She said it was awesome. She paid out-of-pocket. The personnel were great and the business was very welcoming. The facility was nicely decorated and warm. She likes to support local businesses and she had used them before Kirmac bought out the previous business. When she walked in to get an estimate the people were courteous and knowledgeable, but they were also offering a plan to lower the cost with the aftermarket part.
