Michael said that the lady at the front desk called to ask him if there was any work that was not done to his satisfaction, he told her that yes there was. The bumper was not connected properly. She told him the mechanics or someone would call him back to fix that, but they never did call back. He was about 90% satisfied with the body work that was done. The only issue was the bumper. He has to return to get the bumper fixed. His vehicle was not done when promised, however, that was mostly because of the insurance company, not this business. The only part that was due to this business was that they had ordered the wrong bumper at first.
