Tyler said there was a thick layer of dust on inside of the vehicle. There was a patch on the door that they missed and grease stains on the door they had replaced. There were scratch marks that weren't addressed during the repair. The speaker in the door was blown and a screw was missing in the trunk hinge. He said he felt the business was dishonest and misleading, but he chose not to elaborate. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.
