Ken said he was very pleased with the repairs this business provided to his vehicle. He was 10 minutes late for an appointment at this business for the estimate but the representatives worked him in. He works at 4:30am and would have had to arrange for a ride to work at that time so he could drop off the vehicle the next day. This business took care of getting him a rental vehicle that very night. The representatives were most hospitable. Ken said he was quite surprised at the detailing on his vehicle when he picked it up. It was spotless inside and out. The paint was a hair off in color but he said he was not worried about it. The cable that holds the gas tank lid in place had come unhooked when he was rear-ended and this business accidentally overlooked it. He was able to hook it back in place. Ken said he would absolutely recommend this business to others and will be back to have his front fender repaired as it got scratched up when a ladder fell on it. The representative who works the front desk was very nice.
