Debbie said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work because she has to bring the vehicle back in because the part that was attached on the door does not look like it was done correctly. There is a gap between the piece and the door. She was not completely satisfied with the way the insurance company handled her claim because it took a long time for them to get her vehicle into this business. She left several messages with the person that was handling her claim before she was contacted.
