Lawrence said they promised to return the vehicle on Wednesday, but then he was told it would be ready on Friday because a part was damaged when it came in. They called him again on Friday to inform him they had to keep his vehicle until the following Monday. He doesn't know the reason for the additional delay. This business made it a little better by paying for his rental vehicle from Friday until his vehicle was ready, but it still cost him about $90 out-of-pocket for the Wednesday to Friday delay. He will not recommend this business or return based on this experience. This business isn't close to him, but he went there because Progressive recommended them.
