Emma said she really enjoyed their nice and helpful personnel. Her vehicle looked amazing. They did a really quick job. The messy interior had been spotlessly cleaned. The vehicle was not completely fixed on the first visit because the replacement overhead light is not a perfect fit. They ordered a new one. She would not have noticed it until part of it fell out and broke. She was not completely satisfied with the insurance company because they did not authorize a replacement bumper. She had to pay for it.
