Bryce said the repair took a lot longer than expected. The work was to take a week but then it was pushed out to two weeks. The work ended up taking three weeks and three days. He was told they found additional damage. He said he understands, but he was not happy with the part ordering process and he felt it could have been done quicker. He was given the phone number of the place where the parts were ordered from, but when he called the number there was no answer. He had to pay $500 more for the rental vehicle. He said he felt they took longer to get more money from the insurance company. He would not recommend this facility to others based on this experience.
